My late arrival was seamlessly managed by Sheena, who kept the reception open for me—definitely appreciated! The room was spacious, clean, with a good selection of teas and an electric kettle, ideal for a quick morning boost before heading out for adventures in the area. While the hotel lacks some luxury features like room service or a tennis court, it more than compensates with its welcoming ambiance and historical charm. The inclusion of free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus, although I missed dining in the restaurant. Given its affordability and friendly service, I found the experience to be a good balance of price and comfort—definitely worth considering for future visits.
